Set up an initial call to understand the scope of the project, took some time to do a little digging, gave me an estimate, and then proceeded to work on the project. When he ran into some technology speed bumps (MS changing some things) David communicated with me to let me know what was going on. Very happy with the final result. Would work with David again!

David was super friendly and helpful. He got oriented to a complex problem in minutes. He was efficient at guiding me through specific inquiries while we looked for the problem. The problem itself had to do with how an input to Zapier was being formatted by the outputting system and the way that David was able to zero in on it was very impressive. He's quite skilled!
